Glen Widger 1953-2008 

Iron Art Cycles deeply regrets to inform our Customers and Friends that Glen "The Widg" Widger has passed away.  Glen was taken from us suddenly April 12, 2008.  Glen suffered a brain aneurysm and passed quickly.  Carol, Jason, and Stacy would like to thank everyone for their tremendous outpouring of support during this difficult time.

Jason has decided to keep the shop in business and is forging ahead offering all the same services that Iron Art has been known for over the years.

The Widg started painting in 1975 and his work placed 2nd & 4th and took every point for paint at the Clutch Artists Autorama.  In November 1988 Easyriders magazine featured a motorcycle, called Pete's Lien Machine, built by Pete Smith and painted by The Widg.  

In March 2000, we painted Terry Buchwald's custom Elvis Bike. Then in 2003, we awed the crowds at the Cyberspokes Food Bank Bike Show with three of our wildest bike ever; The Dragon Bike, The Bomber Bike, and a 1958 Custom Rigid Panhead.  Check out some of our work in the Portfolio section.
